Fabio Kadi is the founding partner and director of the firm, founded in the early 1990s after he had recently graduated and decided to face the challenge of opening his own law firm.

Graduated in Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP), to guarantee an excellent service, he always prioritized a closer contact with the clients.

His performance in several legal practice areas has provided him with technical domain in civil litigation, real estate and corporate law, and credit recovery. Kadi perfected his knowledge by specializing in Civil Procedural Law at the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP), in Civil Liability in the health area at the Getúlio Vargas Foundation (FGV), and in Corporate Strategies, Succession, and Taxation, from the same institution.

Fabio Kadi set serious work, ethics, and loyalty as the fundamental pillars of the office, in addition to in-depth training of the teams to search the best solution to clients’ demands.

As a differential, he sees that the firm’s culture allows its professionals to start as trainees and pursue a solid and long-lasting career, later becoming lawyers, cultivating team spirit throughout the lawyer’s journey.
