With a career spanning more than a decade, Caio Ramos Báfero began his professional career at the firm as a trainee in 2008, working in Public Law with a focus on expropriations. In addition to being active in the area, he became responsible for the tax law practice and specialized in the field of social organizations and charitable and hospital entities of recognized excellence.

Báfero graduated in Law from Universidade Paulista (UNIP) in 2011, he has post-graduate degrees in Business Law from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGVlaw) and in Tax Law from Coordenadoria Geral de Especialização, Aperfeiçoamento e Extensão (COGEAE/PUC-SP). Caio is currently taking an MBA in Finance and Controlling at the University of São Paulo (USP/ESALQ).
